Microsoft Rumored to be allowing 3rd party 360 Software?

With E3 Approaching fast, Rumors across the internet have already sparked! According to Engadget.com, Rumors are starting sooner than usual compared to the previous years of E3. But the question is are these Rumors or are they facts? Since the Rumors have already sparked, It is possible for someone to retreive “leaked” information from either a source or just because they work at that particular place. But a really noticed Rumor is about, Microsoft and the Xbox 360 allowing 3rd parties to develop and publish their software to the Xbox 360. Now as everyone should know……Rumors are just usually something too good or something just too bad. So the question will remain unanswered until E3 of 2008.
