Nintendo Wii Official Price Cut

Well, it seems as though Microsoft is not the only company to respond to Sony’s PlayStation 3 price cut…..Nintendo has officially confirmed the Nintendo Wii price cut by $50 USD. On September 27, 2009 the Nintendo Wii price cut will take effect in the United States. The official price cut will leave the final price at only $200 USD instead of $25o USD. Japan however will have to wait until October 1, 2009 for this markdown of $50 USD to take effect. Kotaku.com has stated that this is the first time Nintendo has marked down any of their consoles since the year 2006!
