Whew…2009 has been a huge success and a hyped up time for us over here at GamerzTech.com. During the year 2009, there were some pretty big obstacles and some pretty big successes. In this Exclusive article, I will be talking about my experience as my complete first year as a proud President and Founder of GamerzTech.com. In this article you will learn more about me, the staff, are likes, and our dislikes. You might even find out about future plans for GamerzTech!

DEVELOPMENT OF THE STAFF
It was me…all me near the beginning of 2009, but as GamerzTech.com grew..after a constant flow of drinks coming into my room, late night articles, and a head full of ideas…it became clear that I needed staff. So, I made a little proposition with my brother…Timothy Quiles, who is now our Contributing Author. Well two is ok, but then while trying to find a partnership with a video game related website..I met  a freaking awesome lead designer…Jeremy Evans. Jeremy Evans has pretty much made almost all of the sweet graphics and designs for GamerzTech.com. Jeremy is now our lead designer.

THE NEW AND IMPROVED GAMERZTECH.COM
The beginning of GamerzTech.com was definitely in 2009, I had made a personal commitment to step up my “game” and dig into the “online dirt” meaning, when I started the site it barely had members, yet alone enough articles to let the community enjoy. So as the year went by, I spoke with many people about site design and other really cool features I wanted to test out on the site. I purchased a brand new official GamerzTech theme by Matt Brett, who makes some sweet themes for WordPress. (GamerzTech is obviously powered by the WordPress blog platform)

WELCOMING NEW PARTNERSHIPS, FRIENDS, AND SPONSORS
In 2009 the staff and I both agreed that we needed some more readership and members. So I took that into consideration and began reviewing some products from some companies like Electronic Arts, SteelSeries, Codemasters etc. GamerzTech.com was really on its way to a completely successful year!

WRAPPING IT UP
At the near end of 2009, but the beginning of the Holiday Season, GamerzTech introduced and launched our very first official Holiday Gift Guide for 2009, The Holiday Gift Guide for 2009 introduced the most highly recommended products that should be under your tree by Christmas Day! The Holiday Gift Guide ran from the before Thanksgiving until Christmas Day. 2009 has no doubt been a very successful year, We would like to thank the following Partners, Sponsors and Friends for helping us make the webs BEST PLACE for the BEST video game news from all over the web. Thanks to the following:SteelSeries.com,CodeMasters, Electronic Arts, 360voice.com, ConsoleHeroes.com,GoGamer.com,KontrolFreek.com, FragYou.net, MinistryofGamers.com, and GameZone.com

FUTURE PLANS FOR 2010
The new year is here for 2010, but much of our community does not even know what will be going on for 2010. So I decided to spill a few “beans” on what there is to come for GamerzTech in 2010. First off, the site will be getting a brand new Vbulletin forum and customized just for our community. Second, there will be some more exclusive series added on to the already released series over here at GamerzTech. (Tip: Visit our Series Page every now and then to see the newest addition to our series) And finally third, the third one is a surprise! You will enjoy it though! Also, just a little reminder to the community and visitors…GamerzTech will be hosting many contests for our ACTIVE users and members! So if I were you I would seriously start participating…if you do not, well you just lose out!

WHAT WE LIKED FROM 2009
During the year the staff and I did not just blog, we played video games and computer games until our fingers were numb! Below is a little list on some video games and gear that we really enjoyed:
